Instead of supplying a steam locomotive with water, it's now filled with fuel oil to replenish the steam-heat boilers in GG-1 electrics ~ like #4860, idiling-away on the adjoining track. Instead of supplying a steam locomotive with water, it's now filled with fuel oil to replenish the steam-heat boilers in GG-1 electrics ~ like #4860. They are situated on the Locomotive Ready Tracks across from HARRIS Tower, just West of the Harrisburg Passenger Station.
