Description:  I've been looking at this building for years and I've decided to post a couple pic of it to the opinion of the community. This building is just about a block NW of the old Rock Island Depot (now a museum) and it's right by the tracks. It looks to me like it was a servicing facility of some sort. Any ideas? There are many other possibile rr buildings down in this part of Council Bluffs if anybody would like to see them let me know.
