Railfans Nick Huth and Jim Selzer were inspecting the Meridian & Bigbee's shop at Meridian. M&B GP7 103 was originally Illinois Central 8951. This was one of the IC's first geeps and was the first IC geep to be retired. IC 8951 had been built in March 1951, was sold to the M&B in December 1964 and received a low nose at Paducah in August 1976. |
