The loco would later be rebuilt and renumbered by the IC shops in November of 1938 to IC #1356. After nearly 37 years of service, the loco would be sold for scrap in May of 1955. Original specs - 63.5" drivers, 185 psi boiler pressure, 27x30" cylinders, engine weight of 291,500 lb, tractive effort of 54,158 lb.
