In the Northern Pacific coach yard near the St Paul Union Depot i found this M of W track test car!!! You can see the commissary building that supplied the passenger trains with the things that they needed--- perhaps you can read the sign from the back side!!! The bridge is 3rd street and it runs from Kellogg Blvd in downtown St Paul up to the top of the river bluffs and the Indian Mounds Park!!! the view of the mighty Mississippi River still is great from there but the different railroads that i was just being to learn about are now gone--- i wish that i could go back &take the pictures that i never did!!!
