| Kansas City Southern SW7 4313 was tied up at the railroad’s WEST YARD, just outside of New Orleans. It had been built at EMD’s Cleveland Plant in January 1951 as KCS (L&A) 1313, was renumbered in 1973 or 1974. and was retired between 1986 and 1989. |
