Mark Fryer General It looks to me like the is a Siemens shop cart for moving the unit around the factory facility and then out to the loading area. It is obviously not ARA compliant as it is all the items standard to a system wide railcar. Interesting photo though, thanks for sharing. 9/7/2010 4:14:24 AM
