One of nine railcars on the day's excursion train. Seen from the Great Allegheny Passage in Cumberland. This passenger car is named for a legend who spent 44 years as brakeman and conductor on B&O, Amtrak, and CSX. After retiring from CSX, in 1989, he put in an additional 19 years as conductor for the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad and the Potomac Eagle Scenic Railroad.
