Miss Scarlet  Contributor's Pick!       
This engine is named Miss Scarlet. She is a GP18. Once upon a time she was Norfolk and Western No. 921, and was later picked up by the Twin Branch Coal Company in West Virginia. Twin Branch closed in 1998, and the engine was sold to a private owner. Between 1998 and 2001, it worked at Third Coast distributors in Grand Rapids, MI, and between 2001 and 2004 it worked for a Stone place near the CSX Ensel yard in Lansing. The engine is currently being stored by Marquette Rail in Manistee.
