| Lately the Bayline shops in Panama City FL have been rebuilding some GWI power mechanically and the CIRR shops in Cedar Springs GA have been painting some of them. Here is an example of that in the form of a Utah Railway GP38-3. It is headed back to Panama City to complete the rebuild. Note the number boards missing and warnings posted on the cab windows telling of missing floors in the cab. |
