A class 70, flso called a powerhaul locomotive heads to I think the port of New Jersey. From there it will be shipped to the UK. Thank you to the people who helped identify this engine, and gave infomation on where it was going in the commets below.

I've heard that they are being shipped from EMD to the NJ Ports and being shipped to Europe. Do you know what train symbol it was on?

Nice catch! This is a class 70 or "PowerHaul" locomotive built by GE and used in the UK by private operator Freightliner.
