That is the west leg of the Wye in the foreground. Back when I worked at YD office between 1973 and 1975 this is how the N&W coal extras reached the yard. The track was so close to the yard office that when they got clearance to enter the yard and come off the wye the windows would rattle when three of those SD 40s or SD 45s would start pulling!
