Wow, that's unique. Almost looks like a one-off alteration of a double TOFC. It'd be interesting to know why it has the rounded aspect to the ends and center.

Greg, I think the date needs to be 1968. The CP cylindrical covered hoppers were new early 160s, while they're coupled to what looks like a SOU roof hatch boxcar from later in the 1960s. More to the point: in the background you can see several Soo international cabooses (white with red cupolas) the first of which came in 1966.
