| American Freedom Train 4449 at Proviso, Illinois on August 4, 1975, Ektachrome by Chuck Zeiler. In a brief ceremony, the American Freedom Train was handed off to SP 4449. Facing the 4449 is AFT 1, former RDG 2101, which will receive mechanical attention and return to AFT duties almost a year later. This was as close as I was allowed to get. |
