Delaware, Lackawanna & Western F3A 655A, EL 6551  Contributor's Pick!       
Built in January of 1947 as DLW 655A, it served EL as #6551 before being traded with a group of its sisters (6562, 6581, 6582, and 6592) in to EMD for EL GP35's in September, 1965.
