And looking at the original image, those number boards are blurred due to camera movement or optics - its pouring rain diffusing the brighter light coming from the number board lights illuminating the surrounding droplets diffusing any direct path of light. The lack of accumulated water around the well-drained ballast hides the deluge well. |
