Gary L General Near the end for the 10 of these done. The rock dust lawsuit against NS meant the end of laborer manually unloaded ballast trains. These were provided to give the MofW unloaders a place to ride after a safety committee suggested it. NS went to auto unload after losing the legal action went against them. 4/22/2016 3:18:14 PM
