Steve Young General Stencil looks like GP38-2, 2000hp, which is what a Watco tracking website claims it to be.https://preview.hallettxn.com/roster/locomotives/ . Still has a 3-fan GP40-style hood though, so it must have been derated. 9/24/2018 1:48:39 AM
