| The BNSF Special Agent that talked to me the day the caboose came through on the southbound in Oklahoma City, Officer Kevin Brandon, was in Moore today watching a train crew put their train back together. Officer Brandon and I were talking when I noticed these juveniles climbing through the train. I then advised Officer Brandon that they had climbed through the train instead of walking around and so we said our goodbyes and then I snapped this shot of him making contact with the boys. |
