NYC & B&LE F units on a westbound, just across the road from the Pfaudler "yard".         
Same roll of film, so same approximate date - sometime in 1966. Apparently, B&LE traffic was somewhat seasonal, affording them the opportunity to lease out power, in this case an EMD B-unit tucked in behind the NYC F7A.
