Hagerstown. Here is the second of two successive duplicate 35mm color slides of photos by Bill Price that were taken near Hagerstown, Maryland, on 12 October 1956. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #1768, an L-1S (2-8-2) "Mikado" built in Juniata during June of 1915 and retired in September of 1955 after 40 years of faithful service. Also visible are PRR N-6B cabin car #980122 and Southern stock car #45997.
