Here is page 49 of a 78-page booklet published by Harry P. Albrecht entitled "Those Amazing Class 'D' Locomotives." It was issued originally in June of 1981. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #5068, a D-14B (4-4-0) "American" built in Juniata as Philadelphia, Wilmington, & Baltimore Railroad number "68" during 1894, later renumbered PRR "5068," and renumbered "05068" in September of 1916.
