I moved into town and decided to try to shoot the next couple of trains crossing the Maumee River. I had never done that before as many times as I have been here. It took some time finding a good place to park, but eventually I did and I began the waiting game. I knew I had both an eastbound and a westbound approaching, but I couldnt tell where each of them were. All of a sudden I heard the North Bend Defect Detector go off and sure enough, there went my eastbound which was Q370 with the NCSTL sticker unit on the point. With aggravation now running through my veins, I decided to stay up on the bridge to insure that I would not miss my westbound. After a little more waiting, CSX Q171 roared west through town with the usual pair of BNSF GEVOs |
