Baera 3. Here is a photo by an unidentified photographer that was taken at Penn Station in Baltimore, Maryland, on 16 October 1956. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #4702, a P-5A (2-C-2) electric built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works in July of 1932, rated at 3,750 horsepower, rebuilt as a P-5B in November of 1937, and retired in November of 1961 after 29 years of faithful service. In this context, it's serving as the Baltimore Tunnel helper.
