Baera 3. Here is a photo by an unidentified photographer that was taken at Penn Station in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, on 20 October 1957. Shown here (L to R) is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #5695 and another unit whose road number is not recorded. Both are B-1 (C) electrics built in Juniata and rated at 570 horsepower each. #5695 was constructed in January of 1935 and retired in August of 1967 after 32 years of faithful service. |
