This shot was taken in the late 1990's in Harpersville, AL of a Northbound CSX train on the Lineville Sub with a very rare look at the trailing CSX 3001, one of only 10 GE BQ23-7's built for SCL. The "Q" stands for "Quarters", meaning a larger room for the train crew. These were designed for the purpose of doing away with the caboose.
