Description:  When Connecticut DOT funded the purchase of power to put into Metro Norths pool, it opted to honor the states New Haven heritage by painting its new GEs in the 1950s McGinnis scheme. It looks good on these engines, and it is well adapted to the lines of the new power.

A Real Disappointment

Description:  This should have been a spectacular photo, but I guess a little excited and shook the camera or pressed the shutter too fast and the camera did not focus. Oddly enough, I took this shot with a brand new Canon S2 with a stabilized lens.
